But you get the idea – the base is Moon over Mumbai – a sheer light grey cream with slight shimmer. And the tips are Happy Anniversary. It looked much better in real life. I removed this manicure after 15 minutes of admiring it cos my Katy Perry collection arrived!!! *SQUEALS*
